Web check-in is available from 7 days up to 3 hours before the scheduled flight departure time of the flight.
Web check-in is currently available in the following airports:
  • Budapest
  • Prague

conditions:

Passengers travelling with checked baggage must present themselves at the baggage drop desk no later than 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the flight. At some airports the check-in desks function as baggage drop desks as well.
Passengers who checked-in online shall be present at the boarding gate ready for boarding no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the flight.
Non EU/EEA passengers must proceed to the Wizz Air check-in desk for document check before proceeding through security to departure. Failure to do so may result in travel being denied.
Passengers with pre-booked assistance must arrive at the airport 2 hours before departure and shall contact a member of check-in staff immediately after arrival to Terminal building.
Children under 14 years shall be accompanies and checked-in online by a Passenger above 16 years.
You shall print the online boarding pass and present it together with your valid travel documents at airport security and boarding gate.
The same travel documents given during the web check-in must be presented at airport security and boarding gate.
Once a passenger is checked-in, it is no longer possible to change the passenger’s name, the flight date and time and the route.
Once a passenger is checked-in it is no longer possible to add optional services online. Additional services can however be purchased at the airport where full service fee is payable.
If the data provided during online check-in is incorrect, travel may be refused.
Passengers travelling to and from the United Kingdom must be in possession of a valid passport to check-in online. We regret that we cannot accept National Identity Card or other identification documents.

important reminders:

Passengers are allowed to carry only one piece of hand baggage with the maximum dimensions 55x40x20 and not exceeding 10 kilograms.
Should the weight or the size of the hand baggage exceed the aforesaid limits, the baggage will be transported as checked baggage and a baggage fee will be collected.
In addition, if the total weight of the checked baggage exceeds the allowance (15 kgs) an excess baggage fee will also be collected.
Passengers carrying more than one piece of hand luggage will not be allowed to proceed through security and will be required to go back to the check in desk, repack or dispose of the additional pieces of hand luggage.
